I started teaching in New Orleans, LA the year after Hurricane Katrina detroyed it. I began my teaching career as a Physical Education teacher but later became an elementary education and special eduation teacher. I love teaching and watching young students grow and mature into the young adults. I believe that every child can and wants to learn and as educators, it is our job to develop each student's skills so they can reach their goals.
